Your Advocates Inside the Courtroom and Out

The truth is that more than 90 percent of the medical malpractice, birth injuries, motor vehicle accident and other serious personal injury cases we handle settle favorably. However, because settlements need to provide years of compensation, it is critical to work with an attorney who knows how to assess your future needs.

Defense attorneys representing negligent health care providers and other negligent parties know that our clients are backed by experienced and aggressive attorneys. They know that we are willing to take cases to trial in order to win them. This often results in favorable settlements for our clients. Over the years, we have achieved more than $100 million in jury verdicts and settlements for victims of negligence.

Of course, no amount of money can ever compensate a family for the loss of someone they love. No amount can ever fully compensate for a serious injury — an injury that prevents you from doing the things you once enjoyed. Our lawyers understand this. We take cases not just to help you get compensation, but to help you achieve justice. At the Law Offices of Raymond J. Slomski, P.C., we believe that successful litigation can make a positive contribution to society and prevent future harm to others.
